Apart from supplying for patients, Government Hospitals do supply foods/nutritions for doctors and nurses as well. Other than the importance of nutritional needs, hygiene does play major  part in serving the best nutrition. Hygienic kitchen with standard kitchen equipments will produce good food nutrition prescribed by the nutritionist.  Restomart Project Solution was very honoured to obtain the chance in the design and implementation of ideal and perfect nutritional kitchen according to the standard requirement from Dr. Oen Surakarta Hospital (Rumah Sakit Dr. Oen Surakarta).

Dr. Oen Surakarta Hospital is one of the largest hospitals and had been recorded within the history of Surakarta city. This hospital had been operating since 1933, at this era, Dr. Oen Surakarta is a well known hospital which has the most complete nutrition installation in the city of Surakarta. The cooperation between Restomart Project Solution with Dr. Oen Surakarta Hospital is expected to have a positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of kitchen production where Dr. Oen Surakarta Hospital has a tight schedule of feeding inpatients i.e. morning, noon and night.

Another form of cooperation was conducted between Restomart Project Solution with Dr. Oen Surakarta Hospital is giving a live cooking demonstration by Chef Angga, Nayati chef applicator. This live cooking demonstration took for few days and had become an interesting spectacle for some kitchen employees, where there were some of them often asked questions and had a small discussion with Chef Angga, which showed their enthusiasm in enjoying this session.  This demo session was also seen as a practical training on the operational way of the kitchen appliances that require some special skill. The participants were also expected to understand basic use of the kitchen tools during this demo session.
