In the event when there is a product return or exchange, we will ONLY accept the return/exchange request due to default manufacturer defects.
For the return/exchange request of items, please contact our branches for further verification. We will have our customer service staffs to acknowledge the product default first before proceeding to product exchange.
Upon the confirmation of default manufacturer defects, the product purchased will be allowed for exchange with same product. If the product purchased is a discontinued item, the product will be exchanged for similar product type which has same or higher price value.
For exchange, the product return will have to be received in unused and good condition together with complete packaging box and accessories (if any). The product return will require the existence of original invoice and the same product serial number with our database record.
The product return and exchange will be accepted within 3×24 hours from the date of purchase.
