The new building of Soegijapranata Catholic Campus University (UNIKA) located in the City of Bukit Semarang Baru (BSB), Mijen, Semarang City is ready to facilitate student lectures.  The building which is named the Franciscus Assisi Building will be used for lectures for students of the Faculty of Medicine (FK) and the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP).

Initially, the Campuses of the Faculty of Medicine (FK) and the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP) were in the Bendan area. Due to the students number increasing, the Foundation built a new building. The Franciscus Asissi Building has 4 floors plus 1 Rooftop Area and has a 28,000 square meters area.

Dr. Dra Laksmi Hartajanie, MP as Dean of The Faculty of Agricultural Technology confirmed that there are 2 study programs Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP), which are Bachelor and Masters programs in Food Technology. The Culinary Technology S1 study program, they have 3 concentrations there are Food Technology and Innovation, Nutrition and Culinary Technology, and Food for Beauty & Wellness.

They have 16 laboratories in this building area. The Culinary Laboratory is used to support the learning process for the Nutrition and Culinary Technology program. At Culinary Laboratory, students can cultivate skills for Culinary Technology because there has professional standard equipment. Practical activities carried out here such as Indonesian Cuisine, International Cuisine, Food for Diet, Bakery, and other culinary skills.
