Baked is a venue focusing entirely on baking products prominently. It all took place initially from having cultural relations to bakeries. Gustav said “I think many countries have different cultures. Going and having a daily routine of going to a bakery and buying fresh bread in the morning is something really important and special.”
When we entered that room, on the left side, there was the bar setup and the big open table where all their in-house food will be prepared. Just around the corner is their hot kitchen where all the food gets prepared before it ends up. Currently, Baked is in the progress of a big expansion in terms of production area to accommodate the demand for our product.
We saw there was progress to be a new outside area here. Basically Baked will be a prominent indoor space. They will focus on giving different spaces and different aspects to the venue which is going to be the outside area. So they still have the bakery area as well.
The Baked Crews are now separated and move into our new space that is allocated in the back. They will do all the activities there, from laminating the pastries, making the dough, fermenting the bread. They have their own cold room specific for bread fermenting overnight.
Baked found Nayati by searching for Professional Kitchen Equipment. They gathered all feedback and recommendations from their friends in the F&B sector and helped to choose Nayati. They looked for not only specific elements of the kitchen but all the things that were actually helping us think about the positioning of particular items.
After Nayati finalizes all the product installations. The Baked kitchen and bakery are ready to use for their work.
