We met Rangga Safari, Executive Chef of Sheraton, he tell me a lot about the inspiration and menu development at Kuta Restaurant.
Chef Rangga talks about menu inspiration that often comes from travel experiences and is now enriched with insights from social media. Local ingredients are the mainstay behind the special dishes from Sheraton Kuta Resort, especially local ingredients from Bali with its spices that have a strong character in “Bumbu Genep”.
According to Chef Rangga’s experience during his career as a Chef, the quality of the Nayati brand already has a bargaining value in the kitchen equipment sector. He also told us about the communication process with Restomart during the layout and implementation phase for kitchen equipment needs. According to him, Restomart has the capability to accommodate the needs of kitchen equipment during the installation process until after sales with its spare parts needed during maintenance.
