Preparation begins at 10:00 AM, with their team ready to serve lunch by 11:00 AM. After a thorough clean-up, we prepare for the evening service from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Their kitchen is equipped with high-pressure cookers, wok ranges with blowers, grills, four-burner stoves, cooling units, stainless steel tables, and sinks.
