Hospital Kitchen Management Training Programme

Training programme which is conducted to educate the hospital nutrition staff on how to cook using proper culinary technique, HACCP knowledge, kitchen equipment, service and other related module. This training programme consists of 4 meetings which can be conducted within a month. Certified by official manpower license and will provide the final assestment with complete review on joint hospitals list as well as the suggestion on good kitchen layout and equipment.
