A few weeks ago, Restomart took part as a supporting partner at the food and beverage industry agenda entitled Eastfood Indonesia 2017 – International Food and Beverage Exhibition, Bakery, Fishery, Horeka, Catering, and Packaging Technology organized by Krista Exhibitions.
The exhibition was held for 9-12 August in Grand City, Surabaya. Eastfood Indonesia features leading technologies and products such as cake machineries, food ingredients and compositions, hospitality equipment for hotel and restaurant industries, retail products and various packaging technologies.
Some of the associations involved are Kadin Indonesia, Kadin Surabaya, Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI), Indonesia Packaging Federation (IPF), Indonesia Chef Association (ICA), Indonesian Bakery Association (ABI), Indonesian Flour Producers Association (Aptindo) And a number of related associations.
Restomart as a company that has a vision to provide total solutions for the culinary community also supports Surabaya Culinary Challenge, which is parallel activities Eastfood Indonesia 2017 in cooperation with the ICA (Indonesian Chef Association). This activity is a competition followed by junior and professional chefs. The goal of Surabaya Culinary Challenge is to improve the mentality and character of the contestants to be ready for global challenges.
