With the Imperia Pasta Facile electric motor fitted to your Imperia pasta machine you can operate your pasta machine like a professional leaving both hands free to manage your pasta. Your pasta sheets will also be of uiform thickness due to the constant speed of the rollers. The electric motor has two speeds – one for kneading and one for cutting the pasta – as well as an intermittency button for use with ravioli attachments.
