Nitrous oxide (N2O) charger cartridges for international system whipped cream dispensers. N2O is a tasteless and colourless gas, used as a propellant to produce whipped cream four times the volume of the liquid. Gas is released when the charger is screwed into the whipper’s gas valve using the holder.
