Retarder Proofer with 18 Bakery Trays Proofing Capacity. Digital temperature and humidity control within 2 C Temperature and 2% Humidity of error. Humidity control range from 30% to 90%. Temperature control range from -10 C to 50 C. Designed with removable gasket and self closing door for optimum operation of a baker. Default vertical spacing between tray is 45 mm and adjustable. Smart defrost system with drainage.
