Made of AISI 304 with 1.5 mm top thickness, temperature controlled, pasta tank is deep drawn for uncompromised hygiene the tank and the heaters are made of electropolished AISI 316 for resistance against acidic substance.
Electric Pass-through Dishwasher with 60 Dish Baskets / Hour Capacity. Atmospheric Washing for consistent washing quality independent from network water pressure. Completed with Detergent, Rinse Aid, and Drain Pump for continuous flow of washing. Digital control of temperature of washing and rinsing process, count down timer, and adjustment of detergent and rinse aid consumption. High quality deep drawn washing tank for ease of cleaning.
