    Job Responsibility

    • We are seeking a highly qualified Design and Project Manager to lead our team in managing and delivering tendered kitchen package. Candidates must possess design expertise, project management skills, and a track record of executing complex kitchen projects.
    • Key Qualifications :

    • - Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • - Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
    • - Ability to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • 2. Design Expertise
    • - Profound knowledge of design principles and practices applicable to the specific industry (e.g., construction, architecture, engineering).
    • - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with design teams to produce innovative and functional designs.
    • 3. Tendering Process
    • - Familiarity with the tendering process, including proposal development and submission.
    • - Experience in reviewing tender documents, assessing project requirements, and creating competitive bids.
    • 4. Leadership and Team Management
    • - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate project teams.
    • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among team members.
    • 5. Quality and Safety Compliance
    • - Commitment to ensuring projects adhere to quality standards and safety regulations.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture, project management).
    • Proven experience in project management with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Area Manager / Branch Manager / Marketing Manager or in the same position.
    • Having minimum 10 year(s) in Kitchen Equipment Distributor (HORECA) / Project based / in the same industry.
    • Candidates must be proficient in communicating in English (oral and written).
    • Candidates must be willing to work in Semarang.
